Covid-19 Policies for Photography Workshops

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect us all, I understand you have concerns about how current and future workshops will be impacted. Your health and safety is my top priority so I’m monitoring the situation closely and making adjustments as necessary.

Cancellations and Refunds.

All workshops scheduled through the end of 2021, are 100% refundable if the trip is canceled by me due to Covid-19, but you must first seek reimbursement by your travel insurance. If you feel you cannot safely attend the trip, you must notify me at least 90 days prior to the workshop in order to receive a refund. This allows me time fill the space with another client. Cancellations made less than 90 days before travel will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds will be given when possible.

Protocols During Workshops.

I and all my staff are fully vaccinated. Workshops are group events, so group safety is #1. In order to attend a workshop, you must either provide proof of vaccination OR a negative Covid test no more than 72 hrs old. Your vaccination status will remain private and will not be shared with the group. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in a “no-go”. If you arrive at the workshop without having provided this information, no refunds will be given. This is to ensure the safety of the group as a whole.

Everyone must have a mask available at all times and they may be required according to local regulations. While I will do my best to mitigate risk, you must accept that there is at least some risk associated with travel at this time.

Continuous Updates Throughout.

I will be continually monitoring the situation and updating clients about any changes prior to and during the trip. We will follow park, local and federal guidelines to reduce risk as much as possible. Temporary closures may result in changes to trip itineraries. All of these changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible and appropriate back-up plans are in place for a seamless transition to alternative locations and shooting opportunities.
